Connecting Through Compassion
About Us
Founded by Pastor Willie C. Cochran Sr., South Dallas Faith-Based Outreach Ministry is more than an organization - it’s a movement. We foresee a world where all members of our community have the opportunity to experience the full unconditional love of God. As we lift up and support the struggling members of our community, we do it unto the Lord, Jesus Christ.
We believe there is only one true and living God; an infinite, intelligent Spirit, whose name is Jehovah. Our faith is in the maker and supreme ruler of heaven and earth provides us the compassion, strength, and resources to serve our brothers and sisters in Christ.
Presided by Quinta L. Cochran, South Dallas Faith-Based Outreach Ministry is independent in government, as it does not report to an ecclesiastical body outside of its membership. The ruling power of this organization resides with its elders, as guided by the Holy Spirit. Our local assembly of believers has one standard for faith and conduct - the Holy Bible.
South Dallas Faith-Based Outreach Ministries strives to ensure a brighter tomorrow by engaging with our community in brotherly love; remembering one another in prayer, aiding one another in distress, and cultivating Christian sympathy and courtesy in speech.
